House of Hānai is committed to providing thoughtful, high quality consulting and support services. Please review the following refund policy carefully before booking or purchasing services.
Consulting and Coaching Services
All consulting, coaching, observation, and support services are non refundable once the service has been delivered.
Because services are customized and time is reserved specifically for each client, refunds are not provided for completed sessions, consultations, or observations.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Missed appointments without notice are non refundable.
Packages and Bundled Services
Service packages are non refundable once the first session has occurred. Remaining sessions may be rescheduled within the agreed service period.
Digital Products and Resources
All digital products, downloadable resources, and materials are non refundable due to the nature of digital content.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare circumstances, House of Hānai may consider exceptions at its discretion. Any approved exceptions will be handled on a case by case basis.
